Though I may get tired

I will always be strong

Though I may makes mistakes

I will always try to right my wrong

Though I may lose hope

And look forward to that rope

I will not give in

There’s no shame in expressing how you feel

And sometimes it’s the only way to deal

With those demons degrading

And purposefully shading

The light that came from your birth

A person who knows their self worth

Is dangerous to demons

Because once you value yourself

There are no hazards to your health that cannot be overcome

When you feel weak

Tell yourself you’re strong

When you want to give in

Give back

When everyone is telling you that you’ve lost your damn mind

Listen outward and in

Meditate and shine

This is an ode to the broken

A poem for the plauged

Always remember that within you is the power of change

The power of hope

If you can find joy in nothing else

Find joy in a frozen Coke

Find joy in doing good deeds

Adopt a pet

They will love you like love itself

And they will make you smile even when you think life is hostile

Champion yourself

Challenge yourself to be better

You’re not crazy

Life is

And life is nothing more than something you can win

If you can just believe in yourself

When all seems bleak

Think of the sun

Feeding the plants

And Harmony is won

Perspective will shape

All you create

You weren’t born to be beaten

You were born to emancipate

Yourself from hate

So raise your arms

And raise the rate

At which you vibrate

Listen to a song that reminds you of dreams

Eyes half open

Now wake

And Be

Simply Happy
